Corporate Social Responsibility
The ways we are conducting business and which values we as a company want to be living.
“It is amazing to see how many of our employees are committing themselves to good causes and take the initiatives to help raise funds on all the continents where we are present. As a Group, we decided to support both the activities initiated by our different operators and our employees’ private commitments to raise funds.”
Patrick Hansen - Group Chief Executive Officer
Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility means how we embed our values and ethical behaviour throughout our organization. This means that we do not take our employees’ commitment for granted. Our workforce is made up of people from many different cultural backgrounds. We are aware of the fact that it is your combined skill, knowledge and commitment that make us a successful business. We are very proud of our reputation, which is built on the commitment and talents of our employees and we place great importance on recruiting and developing a diverse, highly skilled, enthusiastic and passionate team.
A genuine commitment to corporate social responsibility means to continually monitor and review our policies and procedures. By doing this we have discovered that we could and should do more to be a positive influence on society. One way of doing this is giving back by increasing the company’s support of individuals or charitable organizations.
Supporting young talent
Luxaviation Group is proud to be supporting rising British pianist George Harliono, aged 18, by leasing a Steinway & Sons Spirio grand piano, one of the most highly regarded pianos in classical music, for his personal use.
George Harliono made his first hour-long solo recital at the age of nine and has since performed in numerous locations in the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
Luxaviation was introduced to George Harliono following the private aviation company’s collaboration with esteemed pianist Lang Lang, which has seen Luxaviation host private performances for its VIP clients since 2015.
Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, says: “When we first met George, we were mesmerised by his outstanding capabilities and began searching for ways to assist his journey. George is a truly inspiring individual who rose to prominence at a young age and is one of the youngest students to be accepted at the Royal College of Music on a full scholarship. When the opportunity arose to support the emerging pianist, we were more than happy to oblige.
“At Luxaviation, we pride ourselves on providing service excellence to all our clients via our global network. George is renowned for performing with a high level of passion and excellence, and this echoes our core values at Luxaviation.”
George Harliono says: “I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Luxaviation Group. I’m extremely grateful to them for covering the costs of leasing the world’s finest high-resolution player piano, a Steinway & Sons Spirio. All I’ve ever wanted to do is bring the joy of music to as many people as I can, and this will enable me to do so. Having the opportunity to practice outside of school hours will allow me to improve my skills, which in turn will benefit my composing and help me grow as a musician.”
