The results of the AIN FBO Survey 2022 reveal outstanding achievements for ExecuJet FBO service excellence across the Asia-Pacific, the CaribbeanEurope and the Middle East.
We would like to thank our voters for their support and continued allegiance to our global FBO network. The aviation industry has seen many changes over the past year and our employees pride themselves on making sure they go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations whilst upholding the highest safety standards. For the third consecutive year, ExecuJet’s facility in Sydney has landed in the top 20% of FBOs outside North America in AIN’s FBO Survey. This year our Sydney team achieved 3rd place of all FBOs globally outside USA - earning top scores in the Line Service and CSR categories.

“We make a point to know each of our clients, their individual needs, and what makes them smile and then we replicate this experience every time we see them,” says Matthew Guy, Regional FBO Manager, “and we are always looking at ways that we can expand our service offering, so that we can provide the best experience possible for our customers - and we have a lot of plans in the pipeline.”

­In the highly competitive Middle East business aviation market, our FBO in Dubai receives truly outstanding recognition having achieved the vote of best FBO in the UAE.

“Unlike other FBOs in Dubai, ExecuJet facilities at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) are not shared - both are completely private to ensure our clients receive total privacy, excellent service, and a personal, bespoke touch.” says Dumani Ndebele, Regional FBO Director, “and with construction of our 33,000m2 aviation mega-structure well underway at DWC, and the renovations currently taking place to our DXB facility, we hope to continue exceeding customer expectations for many years to come.”

­The AIN FBO Survey of the Americas has once again recognised our FBO in St Maarten, whom uphold their position as a top rated FBO in the Caribbean and the best FBO at Princess Juliana International Airport.

“Our team in the Caribbean are on a mission to raise the standards even higher in all areas of FBO operations, with next season promising to be even busier than the record numbers we have just experienced,” says Gary Forster, Managing Director. “We are actively recruiting across the board, investing in our operations, adding new, larger fuel trucks and working with the airport to improve passenger flow to accommodate the increased traffic with a larger customs and immigration area and expanded passenger drop off and pick up zones. Improving the passenger experience in the Caribbean is of our upmost importance. ”

Our Brussels FBO also continues to stand steadfast as a top rated FBO in Europe, leading the way as the best FBO in Belgium.
