Izidor Ciglar
Chief Executive Officer - Luxaviation Northern Europe
Izidor Ciglar is Chief Executive Officer of Luxaviation Northern Europe, part of the Luxaviation Group. Appointed in January 2025, he leads the Group’s aircraft management and charter operations across Northern Europe, with responsibility for operational performance, organisational alignment, and sustainable regional growth.
With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, Izidor brings a strong background in operational management, corporate restructuring, and crisis and incident preparedness. His leadership approach combines strategic discipline with hands-on execution, supporting Luxaviation’s commitment to safety, service excellence, and long-term client trust across the region.
Peter Pieske
Chief Operating Officer - Luxaviation Northern Europe
Formally certified in Air Transport Business Management (JLS – Frankfurt), he began in ground handling and dispatch supervisory roles, progressed into AOC postholder positions, and advanced to business aviation operations leadership.
With a 25‑year aviation career, including over 15 years with Luxaviation, Peter has built and led high‑performing Operations Control Center (OCC) teams, driven operational excellence and premium client service standards at scale, and directed commercial and private business aircraft operations across multinational, cross‑regional markets, including mission management in high‑risk areas.
