Nicholas Luyckx is Chief Financial Officer of Luxaviation Group and a member of the Group Executive Board.
With extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment management, Nicholas brings a strong strategic and commercial perspective to the Group’s financial leadership. He plays a key role in supporting Luxaviation’s long-term development, financial governance and strategic decision-making across its international operations.
Nicholas also serves as Managing Director of Saphir Capital Partners, a Luxembourg-based private equity and corporate finance firm, where his work has encompassed investment, M&A and corporate finance activities across a range of industries.
His experience combining financial management, investment and entrepreneurship provides valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges of operating and growing an international business.
Nicholas studied at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
