David-Van-Den-Langenbergh is speaking at EBAA’s Annual Safety Summit

David van den Langenbergh, President of Aviation Services for Luxaviation will be speaking at EBAA’s Annual Safety Summit that will be taking place virtually between 17-19th November 2020.

With the traditional event format having changed, EBAA will leverage different digital tools to host the event over the course of three days.

This year’s theme "Resilience – human and business” explores the topic of aviation safety when the concept of “business as usual” is overturned by an unprecedented event and how businesses have to adjust and find alternate ways to attain safety compliance. The COVID-19 crisis also brought to light the importance of having resilient people when overcoming hurdles in safety compliance.

The Virtual Safety Summit attendees will receive new perspectives and engage in discussion and debate on how to make business aviation safer.

David van den Langenbergh will expand on his 20+ years of experience in the business and commercial aviation field in the session ‘PART – CAMO: GAP Analysis and Implementation Plan’ shedding light onto the importance of having a mature Safety Management System (SMS) for identifying, measuring and mitigating the risks and potential hazards which exist in the business.

David will be joined by Jérémie Neveux, EASA and Paulo Pestana, NetJets to address all the uncertainties of SMS implementation into Part-CAMO organisations.
