CAPE TOWN WINS FBO IN SURVEY

In a survey conducted by Professional Pilot Magazine ExecuJet's Cape Town FBO won in the Africa & Middle East category with the company's Lanseria FBO ranking a close third. This announcement follows ExecuJet's European FBOs placement in the Top Ten of this year's European Business Air News (EBAN) FBO survey with their Zurich, Paris and Berlin FBOs.

"In our global FBO expansion strategy we always turn to our successfully established FBOs for guidance. Our recent additions can benefit from the experience of our more established FBOs. This strategy seems to work and I am proud to highlight that Lanseria and Cape Town, some of our longer standing FBOs, continue to set the benchmark for Quality First Class customer service. "We pride ourselves on making sure we go that extra mile to deliver the special service that accompanies the ExecuJet Brand", says Mark Abbott, ExecuJet's Group FBO Director. "This recognition supports our position as one of the world's strongest and award-winning FBO brands. I am confident that there are more awards to come for our current 16 FBOs worldwide and any new locations we might add in the near future."

Ettore Poggi, Managing Director ExecuJet Africa congratulated all staff in South Africa in saying "many thanks for the hard work and dedication that you must have put in it to achieve this result. The great example that you have set will be an inspiration for all other regions as well."

It is the publication's 39th "Professional Pilot Magazine PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services & Equipment) Survey" that has been conducted on FBO and ground services. This year saw an especially high participation with a significantly greater number of returns 4504 - an increase of 3073 over the total of 1431 forms received in 2011.

ExecuJet Africa is also proud to highlight that it has been awarded a few prestigious ratings and certifications over the past few months.  ARGUS International, Inc has recently awarded ExecuJet South Africa with the ARGUS Platinum Rating for 2012 as the only operator on the African continent. Furthermore, ExecuJet's South African operation has achieved the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) certification in September 2011. ExecuJet is also IS-BAO certified in Europe and in the Middle East.
