Luxaviation Group signs sale agreement with Dassault Aviation for global maintenance activities of ExecuJet

Luxaviation Group, one of the largest private aircraft operators worldwide, announces the signature of a final sale agreement for the worldwide maintenance activities of its affiliate company ExecuJet to the French company Dassault Aviation. Subject to obtaining the required approvals, the ExecuJet maintenance activities will be stepwise integrated into the structure of Dassault Aviation group over 2019.
Luxaviation Group acquired ExecuJet Group in spring 2015, including its maintenance (MRO) centres, its Fixed Base Operations (FBO) as well as its aircraft management activities. The sale agreement with Dassault Aviation is limited to the maintenance activities of ExecuJet and will allow Dassault Aviation to strengthen its worldwide presence, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, in Oceania, the Middle-East and Africa. The continuity of the personnel and of the maintenance operations around the world ensures the ongoing quality performances of the maintenance of ExecuJet following the transaction. The outstanding ExecuJet MRO service quality will continue to be ascertained by the staff which has been taken over, the existing management teams and the development of operations around the world.

ExecuJet provides maintenance support capabilities for a diverse collection of aircraft types in 42 countries throughout the world. Services guaranteed by ExecuJet’s licensed centres for the largest aircraft manufacturers worldwide are certified either by the Federal Aviation Association (FAA) or by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Factory trained technical staff guarantees specialised fuselage, engineering and avionics services. ExecuJet’s MRO facilities has won numerous quality and service awards over the last years.
